Supporting organisations in the progressive movement to imagine and build new worlds

In 2020, I co-founded Align, a strategic consultancy dedicated to supporting organisations in the progressive movement.

Align provides mission-driven organisations, groups, individuals, and coalitions with: space for unpacking, dreaming, visioning, and recuperating; support to find alignment within themselves and with each other, to tell their own stories and identities in a creative way, to develop effective and impactful strategies, and to turn their visions into practical projects that ‘rehearse’ the future; the skills to identify new ways of working and being, to define their purpose and their role in the wider ecosystem and what success and impact look like in the long term; and new ideas, frameworks, narratives, experiments and proposals to ensure those long term visions are realised.
